Share your intelligence reports with clients, stakeholders, or team members via secure links.

Creating a Share Link

Go to Reporting in your project

Click Share Report

Configure link settings:

- Password protection (optional) - Expiration date (optional) - View limit (optional) - Branded reports

Click Create Link

Copy and share the URL

Link Settings

Password Protection

Add a password that recipients must enter to view.

Expiration Date

Set when the link stops working:

• 24 hours
• 7 days
• 30 days
• Custom date
• Never expires

View Limits

Limit how many times the link can be accessed:

• Unlimited
• 1 view
• 10 views
• Custom number

Branded Reports

Remove Scout branding and use your own:

• Your logo
• Your colors
• Custom footer text

Managing Share Links

View all active links:

Go to Reporting

Click Manage Links

See all links with:

- View counts - Expiration status - Creation date

Revoking Access

Click Delete on any link to immediately revoke access.
