These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScoutMap, operated by Anywhere Consulting. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScoutMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

ScoutMap is an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform that analyzes publicly available information to provide market research, competitive intelligence, and strategic insights. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Free Plan

The Free plan provides limited access to our services at no cost. Features and limits are subject to change.

5.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5.3 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new Pro subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your subscription.

5.4 Refund Policy

No refunds are provided after the 7-day trial period. If you are unsatisfied with our service, you must cancel during the trial period to avoid charges. After the trial, all payments are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5.5 Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
  • Use the service to collect information about others without consent
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Use automated means to access the service except through our API
  • Circumvent any access or usage restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

ScoutMap, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Anywhere Consulting and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of data you submit to ScoutMap. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the service. This license terminates when you delete your data or account.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of ScoutMap is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any errors will be corrected

ScoutMap provides market intelligence based on publicly available data. Our insights are intended for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYWHERE CONSULTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anywhere Consulting from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the service immediately ceases
  • We may delete your account and data after 30 days
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Anywhere Consulting.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights freely.
