Inviting Team Members

Collaborate with your team by adding members to your Scout workspace.

Team Seat Limits

Inviting Members

Go to Settings → Team

Click Invite Member

Enter their email address

Select their role

Click Send Invite

They'll receive an email with instructions to join.

User Roles

Member

• View all reports and insights
• Create and edit projects
• Run scans
• Add competitors
• Good for: Team members, analysts

Admin

• Everything Members can do
• Manage team members
• Change settings
• Good for: Team leads, managers

Owner

• Everything Admins can do
• Access billing
• Delete workspace
• Good for: Account owners

Managing Members

Change Roles

Go to Settings → Team

Find the member

Click the role dropdown

Select new role

Remove Members

Go to Settings → Team

Find the member

Click Remove

Confirm removal

Pending Invitations

View and manage pending invites:

• Resend invitation email
• Cancel invitation
• See when it was sent
