Scan Issues

"Scan Failed" Error

Cause: Usually the website blocks automated access. Solutions:

Verify the URL is correct and publicly accessible

Check if the site requires login

Try again in a few minutes

Contact support if persistent

Scan Takes Too Long

Normal: Scans take 60-90 seconds. If longer:

Check your internet connection

The target site may be slow

Refresh the page to check status

Inaccurate Results

Solutions:

Click Edit on any insight to correct it

Your corrections improve future scans

Ensure your website content is up-to-date

Can't Log In

Check email spelling

There is no direct Notion integration. To get your reports into Notion, export as Markdown and paste directly into a Notion page — Notion will automatically format the content.
