What is ScoutMap?
ScoutMap is an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform that analyzes any website or brand to deliver comprehensive market research in 90 seconds. It covers audience intelligence, competitor analysis, positioning, channels, messaging, and market opportunities.
How does ScoutMap work?
Enter any website URL, and our AI analyzes public data sources, competitor landscapes, and market signals to generate a comprehensive intelligence report. The analysis covers 6 key areas: audience, competitors, positioning, channels, messaging, and opportunities.
What counts as a project?
A project is one brand or domain you want to track continuously. Each project gets weekly rescans and monitoring. You can run unlimited on-demand scans for any project.
How long does an analysis take?
Most analyses complete in about 90 seconds. Complex domains with lots of competitors may take up to 2-3 minutes for the most comprehensive results.
Do I need technical skills to use ScoutMap?
No. ScoutMap is designed for marketers, not developers. Just enter a URL and get actionable insights. No API setup, coding, or technical configuration required.

Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans include weekly automatic rescans that detect changes in competitor positioning, messaging, and strategy. You'll get alerts when significant changes are detected.
What integrations are available?
ScoutMap integrates with Slack (alerts and notifications), Notion (export reports), Google Docs (export reports), and offers API access on Enterprise plans for custom integrations.
Can I export reports?
Yes. All plans can export reports as PDF. The Pro plan includes white-label exports with custom branding, perfect for agencies and consultants presenting to clients.
What data sources does ScoutMap use?
We analyze publicly available data including websites, social media presence, content strategies, advertising signals, review sites, and market positioning. We don't access private or proprietary data.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can sign up and run your first analysis completely free. No credit card required. This lets you see exactly what ScoutMap delivers before committing.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes 1 project with basic intelligence modules. Pro ($99/month) includes 5 projects, all 6 intelligence modules, weekly auto-rescans, priority support, white-label exports, and advanced competitor tracking.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
What if I need more than 5 projects?
Contact us for Enterprise pricing. We'll set up unlimited projects with custom support, dedicated account management, and SLA guarantees.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly billing. Contact us or select annual billing during checkout.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 7-day free trial. If you cancel within the trial period, you won't be charged. After the trial, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), and your data is stored securely. We never share your analysis data with third parties.
Do you store the websites I analyze?
We store your analysis results so you can access them later and track changes over time. We don't store raw website content - just the intelligence insights generated from our analysis.
Is ScoutMap GDPR compliant?
Yes. We're committed to GDPR compliance. We only process publicly available data and provide data processing agreements (DPAs) for Enterprise customers.

Pro and Enterprise plans include priority email support. All users can access our Help Center with guides and documentation. Enterprise plans include dedicated account managers.
Do you offer training or onboarding?
Enterprise plans include white-glove onboarding and training sessions. We also have self-serve video tutorials and documentation available to all users.
